We had a super fun wine and cheese session last Saturday. We had over 20 types of cheese available for tasting and by the end of the class, I think we only ate less than half of it!! GAH. I am so annoyed. We had 3 pull outs for this class at the last minute, just days from the party. Grr. It's difficult planning the party already because the cheeses take 1 week to indent and with 3 pull outs, it really messes proportions up. Last weekend we had a class that we were looking forward to for a long time! We did a jamon and beef appreciation class. Actually, we did TWO jamon and beef appreciation classes - one at 11am and another at 4pm because we had to buy the beef by a slab of around 4kg each and to get the variety we needed, we would have to buy 4, weighing around 16kg ( Read more... )
